I’m excited to announce the launch of my investment adviser compliance consulting business called RiverBend Advisory Solutions. RiverBend is designed to help asset managers, across asset classes, manage and thrive in an increasingly complex and competitive environment – to leverage my expertise to serve the client’s investing acumen.
RiverBend Advisory Solutions is built on the premise that excellent asset managers require a compliance solution that understands their business and will assist them in building a first class organization that meets and exceeds the expectations of their various stakeholders – financial regulators, investors, vendors, and most importantly – the clients to whom they owe fiduciary duties.
Specifically, RiverBend Advisory Solutions provides:
- Investment Adviser Program Design and Implementation;
- Outsourced CCO services or CCO consulting services;
- Mock Audits, Program Reviews, Annual training, or other project based services;
- The ability to work across asset classes, including cryptocurrency, liquid alternatives, and private equity; and
- Access to both a legal and business understanding of the regulations from decades of serving clients as an attorney, consultant, and a full-time compliance team member.
